What we do
We are IT, audit, finance and risk professionals who have decided to use our industry experience and contacts to:
- help companies to find the ‘right’ IT audit and risk professional to fill that key role and;
- help candidates to find IT audit and risk roles in an organisation that is ‘right’ for them.
How we are different
Our directors are not sales people. They have actual ‘direct’ work experience in IT audit and risk and are typically ISACA CISA or equivalent qualified. We also have experience as Prince 2 project managers or as web and software developers. This means we understand both the needs of the client and candidate. We can use our strong industry connections to find candidates and vacancies that would not normally be available. We are keen to prove ourselves and are trying harder.
We aim to provide good value for money to our clients and friendships with both our clients and candidates. We approach finding the ‘right’ person for the right organisation with honesty and integrity. In addition to this, between 10-20% of our profits goes to British registered charities.
For other types of vacancies, we have agreements with agencies to cherry pick the best from their candidates so that there is less work for our clients.
